Knee pain when kneeling can be caused by a variety of factors, including overuse, injury, arthritis, or improper alignment of the knee joint. Activities that put pressure on the knees, such as kneeling for extended periods of time or participating in high-impact sports, can also contribute to knee pain. Additionally, conditions like patellar tendinitis, bursitis, or meniscus tears can lead to discomfort and pain when kneeling. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the exact cause of knee pain and develop an appropriate treatment plan. **

A kneeling chair can be good for some people, as it can help to improve posture and reduce lower back pain by distributing the body's weight more evenly. However, it may not be suitable for everyone, as it can put pressure on the knees and shins, and some people may find it uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. It's important to try out a kneeling chair and see how it feels for you personally before deciding if it's a good option for your needs. **

This is a normal part of the knee's range of motion and helps distribute pressure evenly across the joint when kneeling. However, if you experience pain or discomfort when kneeling, it is important to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues. **
