Gangs can generate significant amounts of money through illegal activities such as drug trafficking, extortion, and other criminal enterprises. This can lead to the accumulation of wealth and resources within the gang. However, it's important to note that the wealth generated by gangs is often used to fund their criminal activities and maintain their power, rather than for legitimate business purposes. Additionally, the wealth of gangs is often unevenly distributed among its members, with leaders and higher-ranking members typically having access to more resources than lower-ranking members. **

Efforts to address the root causes of begging, such as poverty and lack of social support, have also contributed to the decline of beggar gangs in some regions. **
