The coolest jutsu is often a forbidden jutsu because it is incredibly powerful and dangerous. These jutsu often have the potential to cause great harm or destruction, and are therefore restricted by the governing bodies of the ninja world. Additionally, forbidden jutsu may require a great deal of skill and control to use properly, making them too risky for most ninja to attempt. The allure of forbidden jutsu lies in their forbidden nature, as well as their potential for immense power, making them highly sought after by ambitious and reckless ninja. **

Yes, the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, also known as the Shadow Clone Technique, is considered a forbidden jutsu in the Naruto universe. This is because it creates real, physical copies of the user, rather than just illusions, and can be extremely taxing on the user's chakra. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, banned the use of this jutsu due to its potential danger to the user. However, Naruto Uzumaki is known for using this jutsu despite it being forbidden, showcasing his rebellious nature and determination. **
