The Apple Watch uses an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust the brightness of the display based on the surrounding light conditions. This helps to optimize visibility and conserve battery life. When the ambient light sensor detects low light, the display will dim to reduce eye strain in dark environments. Conversely, in bright light, the display will increase in brightness to maintain visibility. Users can also manually adjust the brightness settings if needed. **

Spiritual teachers can certainly uplift and inspire us, but their role goes beyond just that. They can also guide us in our spiritual journey, help us navigate challenges, and provide wisdom and support. Additionally, they may also challenge us to grow and evolve, which can sometimes be uncomfortable but ultimately leads to personal and spiritual development. Overall, spiritual teachers can have a multifaceted impact on our lives, not just in uplifting us, but also in guiding, supporting, and challenging us. **
